Yes. We ship via Canada Express post and prepare all your orders with integrity. Trust in every order you place with us that the quality will be top notch.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to placing your order online with Holi Concentrates.
Place Your Order
Find your sacrament from our diverse range of products, and add your choices to your cart. Once you have all you need, proceed to the checkout and fill in the required information. Click the checkout button and complete your order. Unlike traditional online shopping experiences, you don’t pay before checking out, that is part of Step 2. You will receive an email confirmation letting you know your order is in our system and being processed.
Send your Payment
Log into your online banking (on any platform) and head to the Interac e-Transfer section. Follow the instructions enclosed in your order confirmation email that you received after checking out, and be sure to thoroughly read the instructions. If a payment is not received within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled automatically. Please DO NOT use words like Marijuna, Cannabis, Concentrates, Vape, Dispensary, or any cannabis related terms in your transfer, or your payment may be declined. By not mentioning these terms, you help keep the whole process secure and discreet.
Check your Mail
If you’ve checked out with your products and sent payment following the instructions, then you’re set! Once your payment is received (please allow up to 24 hours for this), we’ll package your products together and send your unmarked parcel out. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email letting you know that your order is on its way, along with tracking information so you can keep an eye one it. Simply wait and enjoy once it arrives!

If you haven’t paid yet and want to make changes to your order, just make a new order with the correct amount and we’ll take care of cancelling your previous one. If you’ve already paid, send us a message through our contact form and we will reach out to you promptly. Note: All unprocessed orders will be automatically canceled after 24 hours.
Paying for Your Order
There are no minimum order thresholds for online orders shipped through Canada Post. Local deliveries require a minimum order of $99. Note that we offer free nation-wide shipping for all orders above $200!
We accept payments via Interac e-Transfer.
If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending an Interac eTransfer just takes a couple minutes.Search “your bank name” + Interac e-Transfer and you should easily find instructions on how to send an e-Transfer with your financial institution.
Once you’ve sent the e-Transfer, it could take up to a few hours for us to receive email notification of your payment. The status of your order will be ‘On Hold’ until payment is received.
If we receive your payment by 9:00 am PST between Monday – Friday, your order will ship the same day otherwise it will ship the following business day. Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.
Your order will be kept ‘On Hold’ for 24 hours. If payment is not received within the 24 hour period, your order will be canceled.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Canada.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost. A fast track link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, contact us and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation which can take up to 3 weeks to complete. Once the package is located, you will receive it a few days later, if Canada Post is unable to locate your package we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge.
The postal worker put the package in the wrong mailbox, or What often happens is that a postal worker will scan all packages saying they were “Successfully Delivered” then spends that day and/or the next day delivering them.
Note: If your Canada Post shipping status is “Successfully Delivered” and you did not receive your package, please contact us and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If the search results prove that the items were lost we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge. If the result remains “Successfully Delivered” we will not be able to replace your order.

No, we only ship to the address you register with. However, if you are traveling or moving we will try to accommodate. Send us a note alongside your order if this is the case.
If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as postal codes are often manually entered by the postal office and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.
If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post’s website and it has not updated in some time, it’s most likely due to your package missing a scan, which is fairly common.
More often than not, members get their packages on time or a day later. If you do not receive it two days after your expected date, let us know so we can file a trace with Canada Post.
Often we will email you the tracking number prior to the package scan at the post office. Until your package has been scanned in, your tracking information will not be available for tracking on the Canada Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Unfortunately, we experience a much higher percentage of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec and Nunavut. We cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk.
